Khelio Terms & Conditions
These Terms are between you and Tryonixs, operator of Khelio in Pakistan. By downloading or using Khelio, you agree to them.
1. The service
Khelio provides decision games (wheels, dice, coin flip, truth or dare, team splitter, Ludo, and related modes), optional live rooms with virtual-coin entry fees, Explore posts, chat, and related features for entertainment.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Khelio. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and do not share or sell accounts. You may delete your account in Settings or through our web deletion request.
3. Acceptable use & user content
You may post text/images and message other users. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, scam, or impersonate others
- Exploit or sexualize minors; post sexual exploitation material or grooming content
- Post illegal, pornographic, hateful, violent, threatening, or otherwise prohibited content
- Spam, run scams, manipulate rewards, cheat, disrupt live rooms, or attempt unauthorized access
- Upload malware, executable files, deceptive links, or content you do not have rights to share
- Share others’ personal data without permission
We may review reports, restrict features, remove content, preserve evidence, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these rules. Use in-app report and block tools. 4. Virtual coins & rewards
In-app coins and rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted to prevent abuse or fix errors. They cannot be exchanged for money, prizes, or other real-world value. Live rooms may require a virtual entry fee. Ludo matches use an equal-stake pot paid to the winner. Other live rooms pay 2× the entry fee for a correct prediction. Wrong or missing picks lose the locked stake. This is entertainment only and is not real-money gambling.
5. Location & third-party services
Nearby place suggestions may use device location (with permission) and third-party map/search services. Those providers have their own terms.
6. Snaps and user responsibility
Disappearing snaps are designed to expire according to the selected mode, but deletion may be delayed and recipients can capture content using screenshots, screen recording, or another device. Do not send anything you would not want retained or reshared.
7. AI recommendations
Nearby suggestions may be generated with AI and can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or fictional. Verify addresses, operating hours, medical suitability, safety, pricing, and availability independently. Khelio is not a medical or emergency service.
8. Disclaimers
Khelio is provided “as is” for entertainment. Outcomes in live rooms are intended to be fair but network and device issues can affect experience. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
