Delete your Khelio account
Fastest option (in the app)
- Open Khelio and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
For password accounts, enter the current password and type DELETE. The secure deletion service requires a recent sign-in.
Request by email (web / without the app)
Email contact@tryonixs.com with:
- Subject:
Khelio account deletion request - The email address on your Khelio account
- Your display name (if known)
- Confirmation that you want the account and associated data deleted
We will verify ownership before processing the request. Manual requests are acknowledged within 7 days and completed within 30 days of verification. Safety reports are anonymized and backups or legally required records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
What is deleted
- Authentication account
- Public profile / chat directory entry
- Saved data, notification preferences, and push tokens
- Direct conversations, message metadata, and stored snap media
- Explore posts you authored and associated media
- Linked Supabase multiplayer identity, virtual-coin wallet, and account-owned storage
What may be retained
- Anonymized safety reports and records required for abuse prevention or legal compliance
- Provider backups for up to 30 days
- Copies other users made independently, such as screenshots or downloaded/shared public content
