Last updated: July 26, 2026 · App: Khelio (com.khelio) · Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

Our commitment

Khelio is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We maintain a safe environment across chat, snaps, Explore, profiles, live rooms, and all other user-generated features. These standards apply to all users of Khelio (com.khelio), operated by Tryonixs in Pakistan.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

Khelio has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content, behavior, or attempt that involves child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited and will result in enforcement action, which may include immediate permanent removal from the service and referral to law enforcement where legally required.

Prohibited content and conduct

The following forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and related harms are never allowed on Khelio:

Related community rules are also described in our Community Guidelines and Terms & Conditions.

Reporting and moderation

If you encounter content or behavior that may involve child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or otherwise violate these standards, report it using Khelio’s in-app report tools on profiles, messages, snaps, posts, or other content. You may also email contact@tryonixs.com with enough context for us to locate the report. Do not email passwords or unnecessary sensitive material.

Reports are reviewed by our team. Depending on the circumstances, we may remove content, restrict features, preserve evidence, suspend or permanently remove accounts, and take other steps needed to protect users and comply with the law. Child safety reports are prioritized and reviewed as quickly as reasonably possible. Appropriate action is taken based on the severity and nature of the reported issue.

Suspension and permanent removal

Violations of these Child Safety Standards may result in temporary suspension or permanent account removal. Confirmed child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or CSAM violations are treated as the most serious offenses and may lead to immediate permanent removal without prior warning. We may also block related accounts and preserve records needed for safety or legal compliance.

Law enforcement cooperation

Where legally required, Khelio cooperates with law enforcement and competent authorities in investigations related to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect children and other users, as described in our Privacy Policy.
