Khelio Community Guidelines
Khelio’s social, Explore, chat, room, profile, and snap features must be used safely and lawfully.
Be respectful and authentic
- Do not harass, bully, threaten, stalk, blackmail, or encourage violence.
- Do not promote hate or attack people based on protected characteristics.
- Do not impersonate others, run scams, spam users, or manipulate engagement.
- Do not disclose another person’s private information or location without consent.
Protect minors and personal safety
- Child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, and related material are prohibited and may be reported to authorities as required by law.
- Pornographic, non-consensual intimate, exploitative, illegal, or graphic violent content is prohibited.
- Khelio is not an emergency or medical service. Contact local emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.
Keep the service secure
- Do not distribute malware, executable files, deceptive links, or stolen content.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, evade enforcement, abuse live rooms, or automate mass messaging.
- Only upload content you own or are allowed to share.
Reporting, blocking, and enforcement
Use Khelio’s in-app report tools for profiles, messages, snaps, and other content. Block users to stop unwanted contact. Reports may be reviewed and can result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, termination, or preservation of evidence. Serious illegal conduct may be referred to appropriate authorities where required.
For urgent safety concerns or to appeal an enforcement decision, email contact@tryonixs.com. Include enough context to locate the report, but do not email passwords or unnecessary sensitive material. We aim to review urgent safety reports within 24 hours and appeals within 7 days.
