Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tryonixs collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, dashboard, SDK, and virtual try-on services.

Last updated:

1. Overview

Tryonixs. ("Tryonixs," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes our practices for merchants who create accounts, developers who integrate our SDK, and visitors to tryonixs.com.

End shoppers who use virtual try-on on a merchant's website should also review that merchant's privacy policy. Merchants control their storefronts and are responsible for shopper-facing disclosures.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Tryonixs, we may collect:

  • Account information such as name, email address, store name, and authentication details.
  • Billing and plan information when you subscribe to a paid plan or contact sales.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and log data.
  • SDK and product usage analytics such as try-on starts, product IDs, session events, and domain allowlist activity configured by merchants.
  • Support communications when you contact us.
  • Cookies and similar technologies as described below.

3. Camera and Virtual Try-On Data

Virtual try-on uses the device camera in the browser. Tryonixs is designed so that face tracking and product overlay rendering occur on the shopper's device where supported.

We do not intentionally collect or store raw camera video streams from shoppers as part of the standard try-on experience. Analytics events configured by merchants may include anonymized interaction metadata (for example, try-on started or completed) but not biometric identifiers tied to a named individual unless a merchant separately implements such collection under their own policies.

Merchants must provide appropriate notice and obtain any required consent before enabling camera-based try-on for their customers.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the Tryonixs platform and SDK.
  • Authenticate users and manage accounts, domains, and API keys.
  • Process subscriptions and respond to support requests.
  • Generate analytics and usage reports for merchant accounts.
  • Improve performance, reliability, and product features.
  • Send service-related communications and, where permitted, product updates.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Tryonixs, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, email delivery, and payment processors, under appropriate contractual safeguards.

These providers are permitted to process data only as needed to deliver their services to us.

8. Cookies and Analytics
